Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Head Golf Professional to lead golf operations, deliver exceptional member experiences, and drive revenue through programs and events. The role emphasizes staff leadership, instruction excellence, and a commitment to the club’s standards and member satisfaction.

The position requires PGA/LPGA certification and at least five years in golf operations, with a focus on professional service, program development, and event coordination within a premier private club

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in golf operations and customer service.
• PGA or LPGA Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across all areas of the pro-shop.
• Provide high-quality golf instruction to members and guests in accordance with Invited and PGA/LPGA standards.
• Develop and promote golf clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors.
• Lead and oversee golf shop operations, including staff training, meetings, and performance management.
• Plan, promote, and execute all tournaments and events, coordinating with Food & Beverage and other areas.
