Job summary

Invited is seeking a 1st Assistant Golf Professional at Deerwood Club in Kingwood, TX. The role oversees daily golf operations, supervises pro-shop staff and outside services, and aligns merchandising with member preferences. You will help drive member engagement and uphold Invited standards.

The position emphasizes leadership, event planning, and delivering exceptional member experiences within a private club setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PGA certification (level 2+) preferred.
• Strong customer service with golf knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead golf and pro-shop attendants and outside services staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Develop and oversee staff schedules and staffing levels.
• Oversee pro-shop operations, outside services, and practice facilities.
• Manage merchandising, displays, and promotions to drive sales.
• Plan and execute club tournaments and events, including handicap program.
