Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Lead Golf Instructor to develop and direct our instructional golf programs across BlueStar facilities in Queen Creek. You will mentor golf professionals and apprentices while shaping member experiences and driving program excellence.

The role requires PGA ADM coaching certification, 3–5 years of teaching and program development, and strong marketing and communication skills to grow the club’s golf offerings while maintaining safety standards and exemplary

Qualifications

• Certification with the PGA of America as a certified ADM coach, or expected certification within 3 months of start date.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Three to five years' related teaching experience and golf program development.
• PGA membership preferred.
• Video analysis experience preferred.
• Current First Aid, CPR/AED certifications as required by the Club.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct instructional golf programs for BlueStar facilities.
• Create personal development plans for apprentices and staff.
• Plan and implement instructional development events and junior golf ventures.
• Lead by example in instructional programs, safety, and player development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to market programs and engage members.
