Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Head Golf Professional in Peoria, AZ to lead the Golf Shop and Guest Services teams, coordinating with the Director of Golf to ensure outstanding guest service and financial performance.

The role requires PGA membership or progression, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. The position includes full-time hours, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• PGA membership or in progress is required.
• Three to five years of experience in a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer literacy and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Video analysis experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Golf Shop staff and Guest Services.
• Coordinate with the Director of Golf to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Mentor and develop staff, supervise hiring and coaching, and manage staff schedules.
• Oversee tournament operations and budget adherence.
