Desert Highlands invites applications for Lead Assistant Professional to join our Desert Highlands team in Scottsdale. The role leads golf shop and event operations, contributes to retail and handicap processes, and ensures exceptional service for members and guests.

The successful candidate will manage tee sheets, inventory, lessons scheduling, and tournament support, bringing strong leadership, communication, and golf knowledge to our private club environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-4 years related experience.
• PGA Class A Membership.
• Knowledge of golf shop procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee golf shop operations and inventory processes.
• Lead golf events schedule and day-to-day golf operations.
• Contribute to retail and handicap processes.
• Ensure exceptional service for members and guests.
• Manage tee sheets and coordinate with staff during events.
• Assist in teaching operations and club fitting as needed.

Education
