NISC is seeking a Team Lead for Application Development - Mapping & Staking, Lake Saint Louis, MO. You will lead an agile team, manage GIS data across our enterprise products, and drive testing coverage and production readiness.

The role emphasizes mentoring, strategic direction, and cross-functional collaboration, with hybrid schedule options at our Lake Saint Louis site and other US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with GIS/ ESRI or ArcGIS.
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Rundeck.

• Coach direct reports and ensure SDLC quality standards.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues and progress reports.
• Collaborate across departments and test production code.
