Join an agile team managing GIS data across desktop and web platforms, driving contract and integration test coverage, and mentoring engineers to deliver enterprise solutions. The role requires leadership experience, GIS/ArcGIS familiarity, and a track record of delivering high‑quality software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with GIS, ESRI or ArcGIS is preferred.
• Experience with cloud technologies/architectures, preferably AWS.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo, Rundeck.
• Strong collaboration across teams and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own development efforts and team productivity.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Coach direct reports and drive talent growth.
• Ensure quality standards and SDLC best practices.
• Provide progress reports to management.
• Collaborate with other departments across the organization.
• Commit and test production code.

• Identify areas for team growth and improvement.
• Assess performance and set goals for individuals and team.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Support action plans for strategic projects and technical direction.
