Job summary

NISC, located in Missouri, is seeking a Software Development Team Lead to guide the Mapping & Staking product and our cloud platform within an agile team. You will mentor engineers, drive SDLC best practices, and own delivery of enterprise GIS solutions.

Strong collaboration, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to this role. The position offers hybrid work from office locations including Lake Saint Louis, MO, and requires leadership and hands-on development

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, software requirements, or other technical areas.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with GIS, ESRI or ArcGIS preferred.
• Experience with Java/C#, Angular/JavaScript, Spring Boot.
• Experience with cloud technologies/architectures, preferably AWS.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Rundeck.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong delegation, prioritization, coaching, and feedback delivery skills.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
