NISC is seeking a Team Lead for Application Development - Mapping & Staking Software (ESRI, GIS) in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead an agile team focused on our Mapping & Staking product and cloud platform, mentoring engineers and delivering high-quality GIS solutions.

Responsibilities include ownership of development efforts, driving SDLC best practices, collaborating across departments, and leveraging AI tools to boost productivity. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years leadership preferred.

• 5+ years in software development or related field.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or supervision.
