Harmony Senior Services is seeking an Associate Healthcare Director to assist the Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities for residents and ensuring efficient operation of the resident care department.

The AHCD will oversee medication management, coordinate with healthcare providers, and train staff while maintaining regulatory compliance. A nursing license and CPR certification are required, with 1–2 years of experience preferred and 3+ years encouraged.

Competenze

• Current valid RN or LPN license in the state.
• Strong nursing care background for geriatric and dementia patients.
• CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Assist Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities.
• Supervise med techs and nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Harmony policies.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and other providers for resident care.
• Train and validate med techs; conduct routine medication safety audits.
• Maintain infection control standards and survey readiness.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching of staff.
• Communicate with residents' families and support effective problem-solving.
