Harmony Senior Services seeks an Associate Healthcare Director to assist in leading health and wellness programs for residents. You will guide medication technicians and nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining survey readiness.

You will collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other providers to promote coordinated care, training, audits, and infection control.

Formación

• Current valid RN or LPN license in the state where the community is located (PA).
• 1-2 years’ experience required; 3+ years’ preferred in geriatric care or dementia settings.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, night shifts and weekends.
• On-call after hours; may act as Manager-on-Duty on weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Healthcare Director in leading resident health and wellness activities.
• Oversee and train med techs and nursing assistants to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and providers for coordinated care.
• Support medication management program and conduct routine safety audits.
• Maintain infection control standards and survey readiness.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and coaching of care team members.
• Communicate with residents’ families and support a collaborative team culture.
