Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking an Associate Healthcare Director (AHCD) to assist the Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities for residents in the Fayetteville community. You will supervise medication technicians and nursing assistants to ensure safe, compliant care and coordinate with physicians and pharmacies.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, CPR, and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
• 1–2 years of experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Geriatric care and dementia experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities for residents.
• Lead and train medication technicians and nursing assistants; ensure quality care and compliance.
• Oversee medication management program and audits with pharmacy partners.
• Ensure survey readiness and compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching of care team members.
