Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities for residents and ensuring efficient operation of the resident care department.
• Oversee medication technicians and CNAs; promote safe, compliant medication administration.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Lead staff training, onboarding and skill validation; participate in audits and inspections.
• Ensure infection control standards and survey readiness; develop and update care plans.
