Responsibilities

Lead geotechnical investigations: site reconnaissance, drilling oversight, sampling, field data collection.
Mentor engineers, designers, and field staff; delegate tasks and ensure quality.
Maintain client relationships and communicate updates clearly.
Implement QA/QC procedures; review designs and reports.
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with owners, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects.
