Job summary

Genesys Cloud consultant role focusing on deployment and ongoing support of professional services capabilities. You will develop deep expertise across Genesys products and lead technical engagements for large accounts, including post-production support and process improvements.

The position requires strong communication, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to work across North America time zones within a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional technical experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud Implementation/Administration mandatory.
• Experience with Genesys Digital Channel projects (Email, SMS, ChatBot, Social) a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration in troubleshooting complex configurations.
• Willingness to work across North America time zones.
• Willingness to take up an operations service management role if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support Genesys Cloud solutions for customers or partners.
• Develop high level expertise across Genesys products and be flexible for post-production support.
• Work with project managers to deliver implementations and support.
• Follow PS standards and load-balance with the team.
• Perform post-GoLive production support and customer environment management.
• Conduct test plan validation with QA.
• Communicate project status regularly.
• Provide onsite/remote support for escalations as needed.
