Job summary

Call Center Power is seeking a Genesys CCaaS Solutions Architect to lead technical design and delivery across Genesys Cloud CX engagements. This client-facing role owns the solution from discovery through go-live and hypercare, guiding build scope and licensing considerations for CFOs.

Responsibilities include end-to-end design, integration with key platforms, and governance of deployment patterns. The ideal candidate has deep Genesys Cloud experience, strong architectural skills, and a track

Qualifications

• 8+ years in contact center technology delivery with 4+ years architecting Genesys Cloud CX in live production.
• Deep knowledge of routing, IVR, WFM, analytics, and conversational AI within Genesys Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Architect flows, Data Actions, and public APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across Genesys Cloud CX including routing, IVR, digital channels, and WEM.
• Document configure-versus-build decisions for maintainable client solutions.
• Integrate with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics, and Epic via Data Actions and APIs.
• Mentor consultants and client administrators throughout delivery.
