Bain & Company, Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer within Applied Technology & AI to design, build, and deploy generative AI systems and agentic solutions for clients. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists across the full development lifecycle.

This hands-on role emphasizes production-ready AI solutions, mentoring junior team members, and collaboration with Bain’s partnerships to apply AI in enterprise settings.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI roles with hands-on building responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience shipping generative AI features or systems end-to-end, from prototyping through production.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end generative AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Build AI pipelines including RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval strategies.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and ethics teams to build robust, compliant AI systems.
