Responsibilities

• Trains and guides utility staff on jobs and safety procedures.
• Maintains dishes, utensils and equipment cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Cleans a dishwashing area, sinks, storerooms and related spaces.
• Ensures equipment is clean and functional; reports issues to management.
• Performs light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
