Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 15 years of industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities and team-building.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project document control.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction risks on assigned projects.
• Develop remedies for cost overruns or schedule slippages.
• Assist with safety program implementation on projects.
• Deliver a quality project that meets client specifications on time and within budget.
• Ensure project reporting is completed within the required timeframe.
