The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in civil construction, particularly in heavy civil works such as infrastructure, utilities, and bridges. This role demands excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in civil construction with heavy civil exposure.
• Proven experience as a General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Strong background in roadway, infrastructure, utilities, bridges, or similar civil work.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
