Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent 4 to lead field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion. This role requires strong leadership, organization, time management, and excellent communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities include directing on-site supervision, implementing safety policies, coordinating with the Project Manager, managing schedules and quality programs, reviewing RFIs/submittals, and participating in project

Qualifications

• Good understanding of QA/QC and industry practices.
• Ability to read and develop project schedules.
• Experience reading shop drawings and coordinating with trades.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force.
• Implement safety policies and Injury-Free Environment initiatives.
• Review and approve trade contractor pay apps and material invoices with PM.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans in coordination with PM.
• Manage quality program and coordinate site testing/inspections.
• Monitor costs (labor, materials) and manage self-perform work.
• Oversee CPM schedules and look-ahead planning.
• Lead safety programs (HazCom, SWPPP, QA/QC).
• Attend project meetings with owners, subs, and PM; prepare daily reports.
