Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent 2 to lead field operations on assigned projects. This role demands strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills, plus excellent communication with clients and teams to ensure safe, timely and profitable project completion.

You will implement safety policies, supervise the field crew, manage daily reports, review pay apps, and coordinate with the Project Manager on schedules, QC, and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of industry experience.
• Leadership on at least 3-4 projects or several complex smaller projects.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force.
• Implement safety policies and Injury-Free Environment.
• Review pay applications and material invoices with Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan with PM.
• Coordinate site testing and inspection reports and QA/QC plan.
• Attend and lead project meetings with PM and subcontractors.
• Create daily reports and report quantities.
• Assist with Preconstruction/Estimating phase of project.
