The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and clear client service. You will coordinate with operations, manage risk, and deliver high‑quality projects for the community, with opportunities across our U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent; may substitute related experience on a one-to-one basis.
• 15 years of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Manage construction risks on assigned projects.
• Develop remedies to address cost overruns or schedule slippages.
• Assist with safety program implementation on assigned projects.
• Deliver a quality project on time and within budget.
• Ensure project reporting is completed within the agreed timeframe.
• Participate in project meetings and subcontractor coordination.
• Assist with PreCon/Estimating on assigned projects.
