Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review Daily Cash Reports.
• Post journal entries with correct account coding.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and accruals.
• Upload and approve reconciliations in BlackLine.
• Verify bank reconciliations align with the General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly closing schedule and ensure timely information.
• Balance inter-company accounts and ensure proper intercompany charges.
• Review monthly trial balance.
• Prepare business licenses for outlets.
• Generate month-end reports (balance sheet, income statement, board book).
• Handle special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
