Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and drafting of partner, vendor, and outsourcing agreements.
• Advise senior leadership on a wide range of legal and strategic issues.
• Manage compliance matters including data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Serve as escalation point for attorneys and staff; supervise a legal team.
