Rapid7's Legal team is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to support go-to-customer operations in Boston. You will provide proactive, business-focused advice across the customer lifecycle and draft, review, and negotiate software licensing, SaaS agreements, NDAs, services agreements, SOWs, and order forms.

This hybrid role in Boston requires Massachusetts bar admission (or eligibility) and 2+ years of experience in technology or SaaS contracts, with cross-functional collaboration and a focus on

Formación

• Admitted to Massachusetts bar or eligible for in-house counsel waiver.
• 2+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements in tech/SaaS.
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS agreements, NDAs, SOWs, and order forms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive, practical, business-focused legal advice across the customer lifecycle.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (licensing, SaaS, NDAs, services, SOWs, orders).
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Privacy, Information Security, Renewals, Channel & Partner, and Procurement.
