Page Executive is seeking its first in-house Commercial Counsel to accelerate revenue growth through strong contract negotiation and scalable processes. Hybrid from NYC or Silicon Valley, you will lead commercial deals and privacy obligations while partnering with go-to-market teams to drive deal execution.

The role focuses on enterprise SaaS transactions, contract playbooks, and external counsel management in a fast-growing tech environment.

Formación

• J.D. and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7–12 years of commercial and transactional legal experience in tech/SaaS.
• Experience negotiating enterprise agreements and data processing agreements.
• Experience with privacy and information security provisions.
• Experience building contract playbooks and scalable processes.
• International regulatory/commercial contracting experience desirable.
• Entrepreneurial and able to build a legal function from the ground up.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of a broad range of commercial agreements (MSA, DPA, order forms, amendments, renewals).
• Review customer redlines promptly with a business-focused approach.
• Develop contract playbooks, libraries, and self-service templates for efficiency.
• Partner with sales and stakeholders to enable strategic transactions and deal outcomes.
• Manage external counsel on international regulatory, compliance, and complex issues.
• Advise on global privacy and data protection requirements and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with CS and account teams on renewals, expansions, and relationships.
• Design scalable legal processes balancing risk and operational efficiency.
