Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in CS/related field with minimum years of experience.
• Production ML/AI systems experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience building conversational AI agents and transformer models.
• MLOps, deployment, and production monitoring experience.
• Hands-on with large-scale datasets and healthcare/digital health experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions through collaboration.
• Familiarity with multimodal AI systems and production optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI-driven product features.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration.
• Apply prompt engineering, RAG, and conversational AI to personalize experiences.
