Lead AI Engineer - (employer: Twin Health, Inc.; job location: U.S. remote) - Design and develop AI-driven product features using generative AI, LLM-based agents, deep learning, and personalized recommendation systems to deliver individualized member experiences. Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, including ideation, prototyping, model development, deployment, and ongoing optimization in production environments. Apply advanced prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and conversational AI techniques to build adaptive, personalized solutions. Build and improve machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques to support behavior change interventions and sustained improvements in metabolic health outcomes. Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and data analysis tools to evaluate model performance, identify trends in member behavior, and inform product improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, medical research, business analytics, and engineering teams to design, implement, and deliver end-to-end AI-powered member and clinician experiences. Influence product roadmap decisions by translating data-driven insights, model outcomes, and member feedback into actionable product recommendations. Implement product-ready AI systems using MLOps practices, ensuring scalable deployment, monitoring, model evaluation, and system reliability. Provide technical leadership in architectural design decisions, conduct code and design reviews, and mentor team members on AI/ML best practices. Coordinate technical execution across multiple AI initiatives to ensure alignment with product requirements, project timelines, and quality standards.
