Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related STEM field; Master's Degree preferred.
- Seven years of experience in data science, with significant focus on healthcare data.
- Proven experience deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions in production.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and deployment of advanced ML models, with Generative AI and LLMs, ensuring their integration into production systems.
- Oversee the entire data science project lifecycle, from model conception to deployment and continuous monitoring.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data science projects with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
- Evaluate and refine existing models to enhance predictive accuracy for healthcare datasets.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
