Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing AI and Machine Learning systems in production.
• Comfortable extending shared infrastructure and reviewing code at a senior SWE level.
• Experience with Voice AI or specialized Language Models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from ideation to optimization.
• Own the engineering quality of the AI system with evaluation frameworks and testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design AI-powered experiences for members.
