Dover Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to research, identify, and track leads through the sales cycle in Madison, IN. You will qualify prospects, input them into CRM and automation tools, and collaborate with marketing to build targeted lead gen campaigns to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years in a customer-focused role with lead generation or sales support.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and input leads into CRM and automation tools.
• Develop targeted lead gen campaigns with marketing to support sales.
• Manage leads through the pipeline to handoff and closure.
• Support lead generation events, road shows and trade shows when needed.
