Job summary

Dover’s Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist onsite in Madison, IN, to research and qualify leads and manage them through the CRM system. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, track outcomes, and drive pipeline activity.

The role emphasizes content development, proactive prospecting, and event-driven lead generation, with a focus on heavy duty construction communities and distributor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree. Marketing or Communications preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a customer focused field.
• CRM experience preferably with Salesforce.
• Strong task management and planning capability.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
• Comfortable and motivated working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to build strong relationships with other channel managers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect sales leads through relevant channels such as cold prospecting, database marketing, ABM and industry tools.
• Qualify incoming leads to determine placement in the marketing funnel.
• Assist in the development of content for inbound lead channels.
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing group to develop targeted Lead Gen campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Manage leads in the pipeline to the point of channel handoff.
• Work with Sales Leaders and Distributor Partners to see leads to closure, capturing final disposition.
• Oversee and develop the Heavy Duty focused Architecture, Engineering and Construction Community (AEC) lead generation program including lunch & learns, campaigns, trade shows and customer events.
• Support other targeted lead generation events such as national trade shows and regional “road show” events.
• Provide support as needed to Partner Marketing roles as it relates to Program Distributor and OEM marketing efforts.
