Job summary

AMP Dynamic in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build high-converting marketing sites and the end-to-end lead-generation pipeline.

You will work with TypeScript, React, Next.js on the frontend and Supabase/Convex on the backend, integrating CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, and own analytics, attribution, and AI-native workflows in a fast, autonomous team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of modern full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Experience integrating CRM, email and automation APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, high-converting marketing sites and landing pages.
• Engineer full lead-gen pipeline: capture, validation, enrichment, scoring, deduping, routing.
• Own conversion instrumentation and attribution end-to-end.
