Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a high-energy Sales & Leasing Associate to build a steady top of funnel by listing properties, posting across platforms, and engaging with prospects quickly. You’ll own the first half of the sales process, turning inventory into scheduled appointments and collaborating with a dedicated Leasing Agent to close deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or similar prospecting work.
• A sharp eye for photos and a sharper pen for listing copy.
• Comfort with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms; housing/real estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make listings irresistible by coordinating photos and writing compelling copy.
• Own the top of the funnel: post daily across Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms; run campaigns and answer inquiries quickly.
• Set the table for the close: qualify leads and hand off ready-to-win appointments with all materials.
• Prove it with numbers: generate 500+ leads a month and track sources, response times, and outcomes.
