Job summary

Havenpark Communities is hiring a Sales & Leasing Agent to build a high-velocity pipeline across our manufactured home communities. You’ll own front-end lead generation, schedule appointments, and hand off qualified prospects to the on-site team to close.

You’ll post daily on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms, craft compelling listings, respond quickly to inbound questions, and track performance in the CRM. A strong eye for photos and copy is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or similar prospecting work.
• A sharp eye for photos and a sharper pen for listing copy.
• Comfort with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms.
• Communication skills fast enough to keep a hot lead hot.
• Organization to juggle multiple communities and never let a listing go stale.
• Bonus points for CRM or lead-management tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Make listings irresistible by partnering with on-site teams and writing copy.
• Own the top of the funnel with daily posts on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms; run campaigns.
• Set the table for the close by qualifying leads and handing off to the Sales & Leasing Agent with everything needed to walk in prepared.
• Prove it with numbers by generating 500+ leads a month and tracking sources and outcomes in the CRM.
