Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to build pipelines across multiple manufactured home communities. You will generate 500+ leads per month via Facebook Marketplace, ILS platforms, and social channels, then pursue them via calls and DMs to schedule qualified appointments.

You will collaborate with Sales & Leasing to hand off appointments, while maintaining a robust pipeline and monitoring performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience generating leads through digital marketing, online listings, prospecting, or similar efforts.
• Proven ability to create and execute marketing that yields measurable lead volume.
• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Own lead generation across assigned communities, targeting 500+ new leads per month.
• Post new and updated listings daily on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms.
• Write compelling listing copy and update listings as inventory and promotions change.
• Track lead sources and results in CRM; report on pipeline health and performance.
