Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a results-driven Sales & Lead Generation specialist to fuel our growing portfolio of manufactured home communities across the U.S. You will own the front end: turning inventory into scheduled appointments and maintaining a fast pipeline.

This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and high-volume lead generation with commissions on closed sales or leases. Strong digital marketing, copywriting, and CRM familiarity help you succeed in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or similar prospecting work.
• Ability to write compelling listing copy and edit photos.
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms (manufactured housing or real estate experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication to keep hot leads engaged.
• Organizational skills to juggle multiple communities and never let a listing go stale.

Responsibilities

• Make listings irresistible by editing photos and writing copy that stops scrolling.
• Own the top of the funnel by posting daily across Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms and running campaigns.
• Qualify leads, confirm real interest, and hand off appointments with everything needed to walk in prepared.
• Generate 500+ leads a month and track sources, response times, and outcomes in the CRM.
