Havenpark Communities is actively seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to build a robust pipeline across multiple manufactured home communities. You will manage digital marketing, create compelling listings, and engage prospects through Facebook Marketplace, ILS platforms, and direct messages to convert leads into appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience generating leads through digital marketing and online listings.
• Ability to create marketing campaigns that drive measurable lead volume.
• Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or similar roles.
• Strong editing of photos and writing engaging listing copy.
• Comfort with multi-community marketing and listing management.

Responsibilities

• Own lead generation across assigned communities with 500+ leads per month target.
• Develop and execute marketing efforts to generate new inquiries and interests.
• Post daily on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms.
• Coordinate with managers to obtain listing photos and ensure market-ready content.
• Monitor inquiries, schedule appointments, and pass leads to Sales & Leasing Agents.
