Job summary

Havenpark Communities is hiring a Sales & Leasing Agent to fuel our fast-growing pipeline across multiple manufactured home communities in the United States.

You'll own the top of the funnel—listing optimization, daily posting on marketplaces, fast response to inbound questions, and smooth handoffs to the Leasing Agent for final closes. Commission is earned on sales or leases closed from leads you generate.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or similar prospecting work.

Responsibilities

• Make listings irresistible by photographing and writing copy that converts.
• Own the top of the funnel by posting daily across marketplaces and running targeted campaigns.
• Set the table for the close by qualifying leads and handing off prepared appointments to the Sales & Leasing Agent.
• Prove it with numbers by generating 500+ leads per month and tracking performance in the CRM.
