Placements24 is seeking a Lead Game Programmer to steer technical development for AAA-quality titles in a remote-first studio. You will lead a team of programmers, architect core systems, and drive technical excellence while delivering high-performance gameplay across platforms.

The role requires strong C++ expertise, 3D math knowledge, and experience with Unreal Engine or Unity. Remote leadership and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in game programming, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Expertise in C++ and object-oriented design principles.
• Strong understanding of 3D math, physics engines, and graphics programming concepts.
• Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for managing a remote team.

Responsibilities
