Job summary

ROI Executive Search is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead GAAP-based financial and management reporting across a multi-entity platform. You will prepare consolidated statements and partner with Treasury on debt reporting, guiding the finance team through a transition toward more sophisticated reporting systems.

You'll mentor a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst and collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve processes, controls, and data integrity across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong US GAAP financial reporting experience.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Background in public accounting, financial reporting or corporate accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and interest in financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead GAAP-based financial and management reporting.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across entities.
• Support the transition from tax-basis accounting to GAAP reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy and data integrity.
• Partner with Treasury and senior finance leadership on debt reporting and capital-structure initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst.
