Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and consolidated financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements across entities.
• Lead the annual financial statement audit and coordinate with external auditors.
• Review general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and workpapers.
• Analyze weekly accounts payable activity and investigate unusual spending.
• Review accounts receivable balances, including valuation and reserves.
• Prepare and review complex accounting schedules and analyses.
• Support insurance-related audit work and reserve calculations.
• Perform variance and trend analyses to explain financial results.
