Job summary

Priority Power is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead US GAAP and SEC compliant reporting for multiple entities. You will drive high-quality financials, oversee consolidation, footnote disclosure, and variance analysis, while collaborating with Tax, FP&A, and Treasury to support lenders and governance.

You will partner with senior finance leaders and manage close cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Big 4 public accounting with corporate reporting experience.
• Experience with technical accounting and consolidation.
• CPA certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Working ERP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare multi-entity financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, changes in equity, and cash flows.
• Consolidate financial statements and eliminate intercompany transactions.
• Prepare footnote disclosures for the consolidated statements.
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analyses and ad-hoc analyses.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements per US GAAP and company policies.
• Lead miscellaneous reporting and filing activities.
• Prepare presentations for VP of Finance, Director of FP&A, Business Unit Heads, and other management levels.
