Overview

A dynamic organization is seeking a Corporate Financial Reporting Senior Manager to oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and disclosures. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with all relevant internal and external requirements.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in financial reporting with a forward-thinking approach to process improvement. This position offers the opportunity to lead the adoption of innovative technologies, drive operational excellence, and develop a high-performing team in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and report packages under U.S. GAAP and IFRS for the organization and its subsidiaries.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting to parent companies, regulators, and rating agencies.
  • Analyze financial results to identify key business drivers and detect errors or anomalies.
  • Prepare executive reports and Board presentations highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Liaise with external auditors, ensuring audit readiness and effective issue resolution.
  • Research complex accounting standards and recommend updates to policies and processes.
  • Lead the integration of AI analytics, RPA, Power BI dashboards, and other digital tools to transform reporting processes.
  • Design and implement sustainable, automated reporting processes that scale effectively.
  • Collaborate with Finance leadership to modernize workflows and incorporate cutting-edge technologies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on innovation and quality.
  • Oversee team planning, performance management, and professional development within Corporate Reporting.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and best-practice adoption across the finance organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting or accounting
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
