Job summary

Regal Executive Search is seeking a Senior Corporate Accounting and Reporting Manager to lead the general ledger and close processes for the bank's financial operations. You will supervise a 12+ person team and drive consolidation across bank and non-bank subsidiaries, partnering with senior financial managers.

The role requires CPA and extensive GAAP knowledge, with emphasis on accounting policy, controls and system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Lead general ledger governance for new accounts and monthly close process.
• Oversee consolidation for bank and subsidiaries.
• Manage a 12+ FTE accounting team and partner with senior managers.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.
