Mutual of America Financial Group is seeking a Lead Fund Administration Analyst to support the oversight of fund accounting, custody operations, investment performance reporting, regulatory reporting, board reporting, and service provider management.

The role will assist in monitoring third-party service providers, evaluating operational controls, supporting regulatory compliance, delivering reporting to management and the Board, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field.
• 5-7 years in mutual fund accounting or related areas.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivoting.
• Experience preparing investment performance and board reports.
• Experience with fund custodians and outsourced administrators.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled data analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mutual fund performance against benchmarks and peers.
• Prepare Board and Committee reporting materials.
• Support regulatory reporting (N-PORT, N-CEN, Form N-CSR).
• Develop performance, portfolio, and attribution reporting packages.
• Validate data and coordinate with service providers.
• Identify process improvements and automate reporting workflows.

Skills
