Job summary

VB Spine is seeking a Lead Analyst, Functional Applications & IT Quality to own the application lifecycle management for HR, Legal, Finance, and Marketing. You will partner with business and IT leaders to ensure initiatives are prioritized, delivered, and aligned with regulatory and financial goals.

The role emphasizes governance, vendor relationships, and ROI through optimization, decommissioning of legacy tools, and data integrity across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business applications, IT business analytics, or related role and in managing end-to-end SaaS application implementations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations: SSO, REST APIs, data mapping, webhook-based trigers
• Experience operating in regulated environments (medical device or life sciences strongly preferred).
• Experience with Rippling, Emburse, Adobe Workfront, Sales Performance Management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the full application lifecycle management strategy for key global business functions.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to align technology initiatives with goals and compliance requirements.
• Drive portfolio optimization, vendor management, and cost-reduction efforts across applications.
• Provide governance and enable stakeholders through documentation, trainings, and reporting.
