Job summary

VB Spine is seeking a Lead Analyst, Functional Applications & IT Quality in Leesburg, VA / Allendale, NJ. You will own the application lifecycle strategy for HR, Legal, Finance, and Marketing, guiding vendors and prioritizing innovations to ensure regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.

You’ll partner with global teams to manage integrations, drive governance, and deliver scalable, high-value solutions that support a fast-paced MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business applications, IT analytics, or related role.
• Experience with end-to-end SaaS implementations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full application lifecycle including implementation, enhancement, release, and retirement.
• Align technology solutions with business needs across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and HR.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Drive cost optimization and rationalization of the portfolio.
• Provide governance and reporting on application health and spend.
