QED Technologies International is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own the functional health and roadmap of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (CRM) and Business Central (ERP). You will bridge business processes with technology, guiding configuration, improvements, and vendor coordination to drive results.

The role requires deep platform expertise, collaboration across Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Quality, and the ability to evaluate release waves and manage change

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems analysis or ERP/CRM administration.
• Experience owning CRM and Business Central.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading a full system implementation or upgrade.

Responsabilités

• Own functional configuration of Sales and Customer Service; tables, forms, views, business rules, and processes.
• Administer security roles, business units, and field-level security; manage user provisioning and license assignment.
• Partner with Sales leadership to design and refine the lead-to-opportunity-to-quote process.
• Own functional configuration across finance, inventory, purchasing, sales order processing, and production modules.
• Lead process mapping and value stream analysis across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and quote-to-delivery workflows.
